Why did you write Unpack your Mind?
There are already so many spiritual books? There are well know teachers like Ramdass, Eckhart Tolle and Alan Watts. Why then did I write Unpack your Mind? What makes this book different?

If I would have listened to my thinking mind this book would have never been written. I did not listen to my thinking mind and while writing there was very little thinking involved. This book wrote itself. It wanted to be written.
The origin of Unpack Your Mind
The idea for Unpack Your Mind did not come from a desire to add another spiritual book to an already crowded space. I wanted to write a guide that explains how you can take small steps and use micro-meditations to change from a lifestyle overloaded with thinking, to one with more space and silence.

Every time you create a micro moment of space, you allow yourself to simply be. Being creates opportunity for intuitive action to emerge. That is what this book helps you doing. Or actually it helps you identify how doing and not doing leads to more being.

The concept of the book emerged like this after I a few years of lifestyle coaching in which spiritual elements and meditation were used as methods. The coaching cleaned up my mind by e.g. learning to identify and then letting go of false beliefs.

In the space that this created in my mind, one day in 2024 the structure of this book manifested itself and wanted to be written. The structure came first, I knew that I would need 16 chapters to take the reader step by step through an unpacking process. Then I sat down and word by word, page by page, the content started flowing.
From doing to being
Modern life keeps us occupied with constant activity. Thinking, planning, analyzing, and fixing have become default modes of existence. Over time, this creates inner tension, fatigue, and a sense of disconnection.

Unpack Your Mind explores what happens when we stop placing doing and thinking first and allow space for being. It gently questions the beliefs and mental habits that keep the mind busy, showing how suffering is often self-created through identification with thought.

By unpacking and letting go of these patterns, you naturally become more spacious, more balanced, and better equipped to navigate an always-on world.
